Job Requirements

- 2–4 years of work experience in technology or operations.
- Proficient in using generative AI platforms such as Claude (for complex data/text processing), Gemini, ChatGPT, or Midjourney.
- Experienced with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or Microsoft Power Automate to streamline manual processes.
- Ability to explain complex technologies in simple terms so they can be easily understood and applied by non-IT staff.
- Strong analytical skills to compare the efficiency of AI vs. human labor (cost-benefit analysis).
- Has a portfolio or real examples of AI-based projects/workflows that have been developed.
Job Description
- Analyze manual workflows that can be accelerated or automated using AI.
- Conduct research and benchmarking of the latest AI tools relevant to business needs.
- Integrate AI tools (such as chatbots, image generators, or data scrapers) into other teams’ workflows.
- Develop effective prompts (prompt engineering) to ensure accurate and high-quality AI outputs.
- Organize training sessions and knowledge-sharing on AI usage for staff across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementation and ensure company data security.
- Prepare efficiency reports (time/cost savings) after implementing AI solutions.
