Posisi: AI Engineer
Level: Intermediate /Senior
Job Description:
- Design, Develop and maintain GenAI Agents to cater for our use-cases (usually for internals (bank-wide) and client facing needs).
- Design, Develop and maintain libraries, multi-tenant common components or services that are needed by the AI Agents (cross-cutting needs).
- Perform RnD or technical spike to find the best solution when required.
- Build based on CIMB Niaga’s engineering best practice: creating scalable, reliable, maintainable, observable and secure system
- Guide 1 or 2 juniors (internal team) along the way.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver the projects (Product Owner (PO), Business Partner (BP), Business Unit (BU)).
Skills:
• Experienced in developing services from scratch e.g. Web Service, Batch Job, Workflow, Microservice
• Familiarity with the following concept:
o Foundation Model understanding
o Prompt Engineering
o RAG
o Agentic AI
• Familiarity with the following tools (or similar):
o Python
o Langgraph and Langchain
o Fast API
o Docker
o Cloud Run (GCP)
o Redis
o Postgres
o Vertex AI (GCP)
o BigQuery (GCP)
o Message Broker (e.g. GCP PubSub, Kafka)
o LiteLLM
o Airflow
o Open Telemetry (for Observability)
Qualification:
AI Engineer, Intermediate/Senior Software Engineer that keen to learn AI Engineering or Intermediate/Senior Data Science that keens to delve more into Software Engineer side of things.
