Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, Data Engineering, or related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience (Junior) or 4 years of experience (Middle) as an AI/ML Developer or Workflow Engineer in the banking industry
- Experience in developing and implementing AI workflow orchestration, automation, and AI pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL databases
- Proficiency in Python or Java programming and API integration
- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as LLM, RAG, Vector Database, Embedding, and Guardrails
- Understanding of data governance, security, and AI model lifecycle management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Proficient in Jira
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Delivery Managers, Development Managers, System Analysts, and users to design, develop, and maintain AI workflows and pipelines
- Gather and analyze user requirements to develop AI workflows, models, AI personas, scripts, and system prompts for AI-based applications
- Identify and resolve software defects found during testing phases
- Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and related project artifacts
