Contract Based - Banking Placement
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, and users to produce and maintain AI workflows design and pipelines.
- Understand user requirement and develop AI workflow, models, AI persona, script, system prompt to deliver AI application/system
- Fix software defects found during testing phase
- Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoots system issues.
- Create technical documentations.
Qualifications :
- Have bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Data Engineering or equivalent.
- Have >2 years (junior) or >4years (middle)experience as AI/ML Developer/Workflow Engineer in banking industry.
- Have experiences in develop and implement AI workflow orchestration, automation, AI pipelines.
- Have skill on Ms. SQL Server Database, MySQL Database.
- Have strong Python / Java programming, also API integration skills.
- Have strong understanding of AI technology components (LLM, RAG, Vector DB, Embedding, guardrails, etc.)
- Understanding of data governance, security, and model lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and optimization skills.
- Have experiences in agile project delivery.
- Fluent in using Jira.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required.
- Team player with interest in AI technologies.
- Live in Jabodetabek, Indonesia.
