Job Description:
Act as the primary orchestrator to direct, integrate, and automate seamless workflows across various AI and productivity tools.
Design, develop, train, and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models into company systems.
Perform data processing, analysis, and feature engineering to optimize model performance.
Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to integrate AI solutions into applications and services.
Maintain, evaluate, and fine-tune existing AI models in production to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technology trends (such as LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision) and apply them to the company's use cases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related relevant field.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role.
Strong familiarity with managing and integrating workspace and automation tools like Notion and n8n, as well as LLM platforms (such as OpenAI and Claude). (Note: "open clauw" has been adjusted to OpenAI and Claude for professional clarity).
Advanced proficiency in programming languages, especially Python.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Keras.
Strong understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and Deep Learning architectures.
Experience in deploying models to Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and using Docker/Kubernetes is a strong plus.
Sharp analytical skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems.
