Biks.AI builds AI agents for business operations. We work with companies across Indonesia and Singapore, turning manual workflows into agents that run in production.
Our founders are ex-Big 4 consultants who built and sold an AI company in Europe, and have consulted on 100+ tech projects across Jakarta and Singapore.
About the role
You'll sit on real client engagements, work out what the business needs, and build a working prototype yourself using AI coding tools.
Half consultant, half builder. No programming background required. You need to understand a problem fast and be willing to open the tools and build the solution.
What you'll do
- Join client calls with our founders — map the workflow and find the problems
- Turn a vague business complaint into a clear problem statement and a scoped solution
- Build working prototypes with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), then demo and iterate with the client
What we're looking for
- Management, business, economics, or engineering background — final-year student or recent graduate
- You break down messy problems quickly: what's the real issue, what are the options, what do you recommend
- You've built something with AI. An app, a workflow, an internal tool — it doesn't need to be polished, but it has to be yours
Nice to have
- Conversational English — our clients span Jakarta and Singapore
- Case competition, consulting club, or startup experience
- Experience presenting to or working with senior stakeholders
