The Quality Assurance Leader will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring that all processes and products adhere to both internal and external quality standards. Key responsibilities include developing and executing quality control plans, conducting audits, analyzing product defects, and working closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. The role also involves maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Quality Management. Ideal candidates will have between 3 and 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in ISO 9001, Quality Management, Reliability Engineering, ISO 14001 2015, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control is essential.
