Textile Manufacturing Specialist / Manufacturing Operations Expert

About the Position
PT. Kahatex Rancaekek is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Textile Manufacturing Specialist to strengthen our manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
We are looking for a professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in textile manufacturing or other large-scale manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Identify production bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce production costs, minimize waste, and maximize resource utilization.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement objectives.
- Evaluate production performance, workforce productivity, machinery utilization, and quality control standards.
- Implement effective manufacturing management systems, SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct operational assessments, identify root causes of production issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate directly with senior management to develop and execute manufacturing improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- More than 5 years of professional experience in textile manufacturing or other manufacturing industries, preferably in a supervisory, managerial, or technical leadership position.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, process optimization, and quality management.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for professional communication.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and organizational management skills.
- Proven ability to manage large teams, coordinate multiple departments, and resolve operational challenges.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
- Experience in implementing production KPIs, performance evaluations, and operational improvement programs.
- High level of integrity, accountability, discipline, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work on-site in Rancaekek, Bandung Regency, West Java.
