Job description for Agronomist Regulatory Staff (English Speaker) at PT Imecon Tekindo
- Product Registration & Licensing: Preparing, submitting, and monitoring the registration process for crop protection products with the relevant government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Agriculture). This is often the most critical task, involving compiling complete registration dossiers and obtaining necessary import and distribution permits.
- Regulatory Monitoring & Compliance: Continuously tracking new regulations and policy changes to ensure the company and its products always comply with Indonesian laws. This includes reviewing product labels, packaging, and marketing claims to make sure they meet legal standards.
- Technical & Scientific Support: Working with field teams and possibly universities to plan and monitor official field trials needed for product registration. This also involves using scientific knowledge to interpret data and prepare technical reports for submission.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Building and maintaining good relationships with government regulators and other key stakeholders. Internally, they act as a regulatory expert, advising other departments like Marketing and R&D to ensure all activities are compliant.
