Job description for Agronomi at AGRO INVESTAMA

Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data agronomi dari unit kebun (panen,Pemupukan, Pertumbuhan tanaman, dll)
Membuat perencanaan atas observasi, kontrol, dan pengawasan proses agronomi kebun kelapa sawit.
Melakukan supervisi atas observasi, kontrol, dan pengawasan agronomi kebun kelapa sawit yang dilakukan oleh agronomi kebun, staff, mandor, dan administrasi kebun.
Memberikan saran, input, action plan untuk perbaikan kebun.
Membuat laporan perform agronomi berdasarkan data dari lapangan.
Monitoring kondisi tanaman di lapangan : Kesuburan tanah, kesehatan tanaman, dan pertumbuhan tanaman.
Melaksanakan dan mengawasi kegiatan budidaya tanaman sesuai SOP Perusahaan.
Membuat perencanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan agronomi tahunan.
Melakukan audit dan kunjungan lapangan secara berkala untuk validasi data.
