Kualifikasi

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di software development/data/automation, dengan portofolio nyata — minimal 1 project agent/automation yang benar-benar jalan, bisa didemokan saat interview
Menguasai Python dan/atau JavaScript; familiar REST API dan JSON
Pengalaman langsung integrasi LLM API (OpenAI/Anthropic atau setara) — pernah build sesuatu yang benar-benar pakai API-nya, bukan sekadar pengguna
Paham prompt engineering dan tool/function-calling
Berkenan dan cepat belajar N8N, Google Apps Script, dan ClickUp API
Mampu menerjemahkan proses bisnis/administratif menjadi agent logic secara mandiri — dari gali kebutuhan sampai eksekusi
Paham dasar guardrail dan human-in-the-loop untuk sistem yang menyentuh data sensitif perusahaan
Mampu mendokumentasikan sistem secara tertulis agar bisa dipelihara tanpa penjelasan verbal
Komunikasi baik ke pihak non-teknis — akan sering diskusi langsung dengan CEO dan divisi terkait
Pengalaman automasi proses administratif (HR, keuangan, operasional, atau sejenis) menjadi nilai tambah
Familiar dengan framework agent (LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI) menjadi nilai tambah
Pengalaman di perusahaan multi-brand/multi-divisi dengan sistem saling terhubung menjadi nilai tambah
