TELEMARKETING / KYC AGENT
What You'll Do :
- Connect with customers through phone calls and deliver clear, engaging product information.
- Conduct KYC verification and ensure customer data is accurate and complete.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide a professional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate call records and meet assigned performance targets.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Fluent English with a clear American accent.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling customer information.
- Experience 1- 3 year in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, KYC, or Call Center .
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
