Job Descriptions:

Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice & Digital platform.
Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirements:

Min. S1 any major.
Min. 1 year working experience in contact center banking industry
Active and Good communication in English.
Have a certificate for English TOEFL or IELTS min level B2.
Willing to work on shifting 24/7.
Willing to place in BSD Tangerang
Able to join as soon as possible.
