Job description for Agent Telemarketing at PT Rajawali Berdikari Indonesia

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

Melakukan panggilan telepon kepada calon pelanggan (prospective leads) berdasarkan database yang tersedia.
Memperkenalkan, menjelaskan, dan menawarkan produk/layanan secara profesional.
Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan memberikan solusi yang tepat.
Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk mencapai target penjualan harian dan bulanan.
Melakukan pendataan dan administrasi hasil panggilan di sistem perusahaan.

Kriteria:

1. Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3).

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Telemarketing, Telesales, atau Sales.

3. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik, persuasif, dan suara yang jelas.

4. Berorientasi pada target (Target-oriented) dan memiliki ketahanan mental yang baik (resilient).

5. Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan tidak mudah menyerah.

6. Mampu menggunakan komputer dasar (Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet).
