PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Job Descriptions:

Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice & Digital platform.
Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem.

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in any major.
Min. 1 year working experience in contact center industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
Active and Good communication in English.
Have a certificate for English TOEFL or IELTS min level B2.
Willing to work on shifting 24/7.
Willing to place in Jakarta.
Able to join as soon as possible.
