Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s products to potential customers.
Develop a network of customers and potential new agents.
Explain the products, business system, reward program, and business opportunity to prospective agents.
Follow up with potential customers and prospective agents.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business networks.
Attend product and business training provided by the company.
Achieve agreed sales and network development targets.
Provide regular updates on activities and sales results to the company’s PIC.
Requirements
Experience in sales, direct selling, MLM, insurance, bancassurance, financial services, property sales, or similar fields is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good networking ability and comfortable approaching potential customers independently.
Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based income.
Able to present products and business opportunities clearly.
Active in using WhatsApp and social media for communication and networking.
Able to work independently with flexible working hours.
No requirement to work from the office every day.
