Job description for AFTER SALES MANAGER at PT Meta Visio Indonesia

Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan dari bidang Teknik, Otomotif, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang after sales, service, spare part, atau dealer management.
  • Pengalaman di industri otomotif, khususnya motor premium, menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai manajemen spare part, operasional servis, dan pengelolaan jaringan dealer.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi, problem solving, dan leadership yang baik.
  • Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memimpin dan mengawasi pelaksanaan operasional after sales agar berjalan sesuai standar perusahaan dan principal.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Italjet di Italia terkait kebutuhan teknis, informasi produk, dan dukungan after sales.
  • Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan dealer dan bengkel partner untuk memastikan kualitas layanan servis tetap konsisten.
  • Memantau pengelolaan spare part, termasuk kontrol inventaris, distribusi, dan optimalisasi stok.
  • Memantau dan meningkatkan kinerja after sales, termasuk waktu penyelesaian servis, kepuasan pelanggan, dan klaim garansi.
  • Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan SOP untuk operasional after sales serta memastikan kualitas layanan.
  • Menangani eskalasi keluhan pelanggan dan memastikan solusi diberikan secara tepat waktu.
  • Menyusun laporan berkala terkait aktivitas after sales, stok spare part, dan performa jaringan partner.
  • Membantu peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait untuk memastikan proses after sales berjalan efektif dan efisien.
