Job description for Affiliator Campaign at Sinbad
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns, including creator recruitment, campaign execution, sample distribution, content quality control, and performance tracking.
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate creators to drive campaign participation and sales growth.
- Coordinate product sample logistics and ensure timely content delivery from creators.
- Monitor and review creator-generated content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Analyze campaign performance, consolidate data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results and maximize ROI.
- Engage and motivate creator communities through incentive programs, gamification initiatives, and performance-driven activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, and Brand teams to ensure successful campaign execution and achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, E-commerce, TikTok Shop, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Shop, Creator Marketplace, and Influencer Marketing ecosystems.
- Experience managing high-volume creator or affiliate campaigns is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing KPIs such as GMV, ROI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and creator performance metrics.
- Existing network of creators, affiliates, or influencers is a plus
- Proven experience handling campaigns involving a large volume of creators
