Job Description:
- Platform Operations: Manage and monitor campaign performance in real time through the TikTok and Shopee Seller Centers, including setting commissions, discount codes, and tracking affiliate links.
- Analytics & Strategy: Regularly analyze affiliate performance data to identify high-impact opportunities, identify top performers, and quickly pivot strategies.
- Partner Acquisition & Curation: Conducting a large-scale, structured outreach campaign to recruit new affiliates, while also curating the process to ensure brand alignment with creators.
- Creative Brief & Negotiations: Responsible for drafting comprehensive creative briefs and negotiating deals that are mutually beneficial without compromising content quality.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with all affiliate partners to build long-term loyalty and ensure timely content delivery.
- Target Achievement: To be at the forefront of strategic planning and execution to ensure the company consistently meets its GMV targets each period.
Qualifications:
- Data-Driven: Experienced in using data analytics to evaluate campaigns and identify the most promising affiliates to partner with (rather than choosing at random).
- Outreach & Negotiation: Extensive experience in mass outreach and deal negotiations; able to persuade top-tier affiliates with a persuasive and solution-oriented approach.
- Briefing Expert: Able to craft creative briefs that are clear, engaging, and easy for affiliates to understand, ensuring content always aligns with brand guidelines.
- Strong Relationship Management: Skilled at maintaining effective communication, whether with new affiliates (cold approach) or existing ones (retention), fostering a loyal ecosystem.
- Target-Oriented: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding GMV targets through well-planned collaborative strategies and swift execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major, (Communication, Marketing very well-liked.)
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in influencer marketing are welcome
- Skills: Negotiation, data analysis, project management, exceptional communication, Communication.
- Experience in the Fashion industry.
- Platform Expertise: Technically proficient in the Seller Center (Affiliate) for TikTok Shop and Shopee, from commission setup to performance tracking.
