Kami sedang mencari Admin Affiliates yang rapi, komunikatif, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target untuk membantu mengelola dan mengembangkan program affiliate brand kami.

Job Description

- Meng-approach creator/affiliate sesuai target brand & niche

- Mengelola dan merapikan data affiliate (Excel / Google Sheets) sesuai target

- Follow up dan mengumpulkan video / link live dari affiliate

- Input dan monitoring komisi affiliate di TikTok Shop & Shopee

- Membaca dan memahami data performa affiliate

- Memberikan reminder & melakukan blast informasi ke komunitas affiliate

Persyaratan Umum

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (D3/S1 lebih diutamakan)

- Memiliki HP pribadi

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target & deadline

- Memahami TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate

- Mengerti dasar digital marketing & social media

- Komunikatif (chat, DM, follow up)

- Teliti, rapi, dan terorganisir

- Mampu membuat laporan melalui Excel / Google Sheets

- Multitasking & fast learner

Nilai Tambah (Optional)

- Pernah menjadi affiliate atau admin online shop

- Mengerti insight TikTok (views, CTR, conversion)

- Bisa copywriting dasar

- Paham tren TikTok & algoritma FYP

- Berpengalaman handle creator / influencer
