Job description for Affiliate Staff at PT. Indonesia Premium Goods
Job Descriptions:
- Manage affiliate creators and build strategic partnerships to expand the affiliate network and drive sales growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate creators, managing communication, negotiations, and mutually beneficial collaboration agreements.
- Coordinate creator workflows, including campaign briefs, product sample delivery, content schedules, and performance follow-ups, to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure affiliate links, product listings, stock availability, promotions, and creator content are accurate, active, and aligned with brand guidelines and campaign regulations.
- Monitor daily affiliate performance, including GMV, orders, and product sales, while ensuring accurate tracking and sales attribution.
- Maintain creator engagement, monitor content performance, and identify top-performing creators to maximize affiliate productivity and sales opportunities.
- Analyze performance data, resolve operational issues, and provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations to the Affiliate Lead.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, or Talent Partnership; experience at an agency or similar brand is a plus.
- Experienced in managing a large network or community of affiliate creators.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiar with affiliate marketplace operations, creator onboarding, campaign execution, affiliate links, and performance dashboards, preferably on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, performance tracking, and data analysis.
- Understand current e-commerce and social media trends, creator content dynamics, and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven, with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills to support smooth operations and sales growth.
