📌 Job Description:
✅ Search and list potential Shopee & TikTok Shop affiliates (creators) with high growth potential
✅ Send collaboration proposals (SOWs) and negotiate terms (benefits, commissions, etc.)
✅ Maintain smooth communication and build strong relationships with affiliates
✅ Follow up on affiliate performance and report results as needed
🎯 Requirements:
✅ Strong understanding of social media & e-commerce platforms (especially Shopee & TikTok)
✅ Passion for K-Beauty and global marketing trends
✅ Excellent communication skills (especially written/messaging-based)
✅ Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized work ethic
✅ Experience in influencer marketing, MCN, or TikTok/Shopee Affiliate programs is a big plus
