Job description for Affiliate Specialist at DocilWorks Windshield
Affiliate Recruitment & Management
- Recruit new affiliates through TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee Affiliate, and WhatsApp communities.
- Manage communication with affiliate partners to ensure they understand our product, guidelines, and campaign directions.
- Onboard and support new affiliates to maximize posting and performance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor daily affiliate performance (CTR, views, conversions, GMV, commissions).
- Identify high-performing affiliates and offer special incentives or collaboration opportunities.
- Analyze product performance per creator and provide recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate affiliate campaign schedules with the Marketing team.
- Distribute campaign briefs, highlight products, and provide content guidelines.
- Track campaign outcomes and evaluate creator consistency and impact.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate affiliate databases (Google Sheets / AppSheet).
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain proper documentation for commissions, sample requests, and product shipments.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing / Influencer Management / KOL Handling is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate & Shopee Affiliate Center.
- Strong communication skills, especially through WhatsApp & digital platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data tracking.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO).
- Passion for digital marketing and creator ecosystems is a big plus.
