Job description for Affiliate Specialist at Velixir Parfums

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard affiliates (creators, resellers, live sellers)
- Build and manage affiliate communities (WhatsApp/Telegram)
- Monitor daily performance (GMV, conversions, ROI)
- Develop incentive programs (commissions, bonuses, challenges)
- Maintain engagement and motivation within the affiliate network
- Provide guidance on selling strategies (hooks, promos, live selling)
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Affiliate marketing
- KOL/influencer management
- Strong understanding of:
- TikTok & Shopee ecosystem
- Live commerce and content-driven sales
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track ROI, GMV, and performance metrics
