Job description for Affiliate Specialist at SKINMURCH
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate creators to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute affiliate campaigns to increase creator engagement and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with creators and provide ongoing support to maximize their performance.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize strategies based on data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce) to improve affiliate programs and creator experience.
- Identify challenges faced by affiliates and provide effective solutions to improve performance.
- Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, social commerce, and e-commerce platform features.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Specialist, Affiliate Marketing, KOL Specialist, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Affiliate Programs and major e-commerce all platforms.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding affiliate sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry is a plus.
