Job description for Affiliate Specialist at PT YUXI Jayatama Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential KOL's (Affiliates or Endorsement) and Brand, establish and nurture relationships with KOLs and Brands through networking, outreach, and effective communication.
- Handle negotiations, contract signing, gross profit calculation, expense verification, and coordination with agencies for KOLs and Brands.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL collaborations to assess their impact on brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Responsible for planning MCN product selection, coordinating core business resources, determining influencers' brand live streaming schedules, identifying key marketing points, and developing product marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with operations teams to verify live streaming progress, handle emergencies, analyze live streaming data, identify issues, and improve and adjust strategies.
- Coordinate with backend departments to forecast and stock inventory effectively, ensuring live streaming product availability and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement influencer expansion plans and live streaming execution plans, maintain a daily influencer database, evaluate influencer resources, and formulate influencer retention strategies.
- Analyze and summarize sales data from business cooperation, explore new growth opportunities and cooperation models, optimize cooperation strategies, and improve sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with KOL and Brand.
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient in English and Indonesian Languages, ability in Chinese is a plus.
- Bachelor degree or above, any major. Experience in MCN/TSP/Agency is a plus.
- Possess MCN agency TikTok/ Shopee/ Lazzada resources, and be proficient in short video/live streaming rules, operations, and processes.
- Strong sales abilities, self-motivated, and have brands or KOLs resources (database).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, clear logical thinking
