WE ARE HIRING – KOL & Affiliate Specialist (GMV & Sales Target Oriented)
We are looking for a driven and performance-oriented Affiliate Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate channel. If you are experienced in driving GMV and sales targets through affiliates, creators, and marketplace programs — this role is for you!
Placement: Alamanda Tower, South Jakarta
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve GMV & sales targets
• Recruit, manage, and maintain relationships with affiliates & creators
• Monitor affiliate performance (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, etc.)
• Optimize campaign performance through data analysis and insights
• Coordinate with KOL, content, and digital marketing teams
• Create incentive programs and promotional strategies for affiliates
• Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance
• Ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns across platforms (e-commerce & social commerce)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Proven track record in achieving GMV or sales targets
• Strong understanding of marketplace & social commerce platforms
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Experience handling affiliate dashboards & reporting tools is a plus
