Responsibilities
- Manage and execute affiliate programs based on company strategies and targets.
- Recruit, curate, and activate affiliates and creators aligned with brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and creators across various platforms.
- Plan, manage, and monitor affiliate campaigns to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Analyze affiliate performance based on GMV, sales, orders, conversion, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and affiliate operations.
- Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and platform policies while optimizing their contribution to business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs and working with affiliates or creators.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, e-commerce platforms, and social media ecosystems.
- Comfortable working with performance data, including GMV, sales, conversion, and campaign metrics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple affiliates effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage campaigns, timelines, and multiple priorities.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented, with a strong interest in identifying opportunities to improve affiliate performance.
