Job description for Affiliate Specialist at AJITA

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Mencari, mengidentifikasi, merekrut, dan mengaktifkan affiliator baru untuk memperluas jaringan affiliate di TikTok Shop.
Membangun dan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan affiliator dan partner affiliasi.
Menyusun strategi kolaborasi dan campaign affiliate untuk meningkatkan jumlah affiliator dan penjualan.
Menyediakan briefing, materi promosi, dan arahan pembuatan konten untuk affiliator.
Memantau performa affiliator melalui dashboard affiliate (TikTok Shop Affiliate Dashboard).
Mengelola budget komisi, bonus, dan insentif affiliator agar efektif dan efisien.
Menganalisis performa konten affiliator dan memberikan rekomendasi optimasi.
Memantau tren TikTok dan marketplace untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran.
Menyusun laporan performa affiliate secara berkala.

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang affiliate marketing.
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
Memahami cara kerja dashboard affiliate dan jenis-jenis komisi affiliate.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Mampu menganalisis data performa konten dan campaign.
Kreatif dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran berbasis konten TikTok.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan timeline campaign.
Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets untuk laporan).

Berpengalaman menjadi Shopee Affiliate Specialist.
