Job description for Affiliate Specialist at Aspire Group Indonesia

Tanggung Jawab:

Mencari dan menjalin kerja sama dengan affiliate (content creator, influencer, komunitas).
Mengelola hubungan dan memantau performa affiliate agar tetap aktif dan produktif.
Menyusun brief konten untuk affiliator (Video pendek, riview produk)
Menjalankan strategi campaign affiliate (promo, diskon, kode referral, dll).
Melakukan analisa dan evaluasi kinerja campaign affiliate.
Menyusun report berkala terkait performa affiliate.
Berkoodinasi dengan tim internal untuk kebutuhan campaign yang akan dijalani.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMK Multimedia atau (diutamakan D3/S1 Marketing, Komunikasi, atau sejenis).
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang affiliate marketing / KOL / influencer marketing.
Memahami konsep digital marketing dan social media.
Memahami ekosistem social media plaform marketplace Tiktok
Mampu membaca data dan melakukan analisa performa campaign.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja sesuai deadline.
Terbiasa menggunakan tools tracking atau analytics (nilai plus).
Kreatif dan memahami tren terkini.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
