JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Identify and acquire potential creators, maintain strong relationships, monitor performance (GMV, orders, conversion, engagement), and guide content & campaign strategies
Optimize live affiliate performance through live strategy, product selection, and performance tracking (viewers, CTR, conversion, GMV), including continuous evaluation and creator improvement
Scale affiliate video content by guiding creators, ensuring consistency, and monitoring performance (views, engagement, orders, GMV)
Manage cross-platform content distribution to maximize exposure and monitor performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion)
Execute campaigns on Shopee and TikTok, develop promotional strategies, and collaborate with internal teams
Analyze affiliate performance, test new strategies to improve conversion and GMV, and build best practices
