Job description for Affiliate Specialist at DCT Agency
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing.
- Familiar with end-to-end affiliate management: outreach, onboarding, briefing, and performance review.
- Able to run and supervise monthly campaigns with content and performance targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain creator relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end affiliate activation from outreach to relationship management of affiliates
- Maintain relationships before, during, and after activation.
- Run monthly campaigns based on the agreed number of content and affiliate targets.
- Supervise from onboarding, briefing, content development, posting, and sharing insights and feedback to affiliate creators.
- Review individual performance of affiliate creators managed in the campaigns.
