Job description for Affiliate Specialist at SCGI Agency
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end relationship with affiliates, both through 1:1 engagement and community group.
- Lead ideation creation for content and livestream initiatives to optimize client campaign performance.
- Handle administrative processes including contract management, affiliate database, maintenance, and sample shipment coordination.
- Develop and deliver educational programs to elevate affiliate capabilities such as workshop, social media content and community sessions.
- Continously expand and nurture the affiliate networks accross all tiers, from nano to mega creators.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for the affiliate under your scope.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree; open to fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of affiliate experience.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel formulas.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to details.
- Solid understanding of the TikTok and Shopee affiliate ecosystem, including commision based mechanism.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
