COLORROSE (distributed by PT Murmurmuse Trade Indo) is a viral, fast-growing beauty and cosmetics brand known for vintage aesthetic packaging and high-performance makeup products. We are seeking an energetic, data-driven, and result-oriented Affiliate Specialist to expand our affiliate network and drive e-commerce sales growth across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
Identify, outreach, and onboard target Beauty KOLs, micro-influencers, and affiliate creators to promote COLORROSE products.
Maintain active daily communication and build strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliate partners.
Negotiate commission rates, campaign incentives, exclusive discount vouchers, and sample product allocations.
Campaign Execution & Strategy
Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, monthly double-digit mega sales (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11), and viral product push initiatives.
Craft compelling briefs and product positionings to guide creators on video concepts, USP highlights, and live streaming best practices.
Manage sample product distribution to creators and track sample ROI/content turnaround.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor daily affiliate GMV, conversion rates, active creator count, and ROI across e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.).
Analyze high-performing affiliate content to identify trends, top-selling SKUs, and winning video hooks.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management optimization.
Candidate Requirements / Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an Affiliate Specialist, Affiliate Marketing Officer, or Influencer Marketing Specialist.
Industry Focus: Prior experience working in the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Skincare industry is highly required.
Platform Mastery: Strong operational experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Shopee Affiliate Program (SAP), and MCN networks.
Digital Marketing & Positioning: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, viral content trends, product positioning, and conversion sales funnels.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with content creators and management agencies effectively.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking metrics (GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, sample ROI).
Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce setup.
Nice to Have
Established relationships with beauty micro/macro influencers and MCN agencies in Indonesia.
Familiarity with TikTok Ads, CPAS, or paid affiliate boosting strategies.
