Job description for Affiliate Specialist at PT. Alfa Viktori Familia

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan min. S1
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang Affiliate Marketing (khususnya TikTok Shop dan Shopee)
- Memahami strategi affiliate, TikTok Shop, dan social commerce
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan data/performance
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan relationship management yang baik
- Proaktif, analitis, kreatif, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Berpengalaman mengelola dan mengembangkan affiliate menjadi nilai plus

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi affiliate untuk meningkatkan sales & revenue
- Mengelola dan mengembangkan jaringan affiliate/KOL
- Melakukan recruitment, activation, dan retention affiliate
- Menganalisis performa affiliate serta membuat evaluasi dan improvement plan
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim KOL, Digital Creative, dan E-Commerce untuk campaign affiliate
- Monitoring target, sales, GMV, dan performance campaign
