Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site (WFO) position based in Bekasi for an Affiliate Specialist Lead in a beauty and lifestyle brand. The role focuses on leading and managing daily affiliate marketing operations, including campaign execution, creator coordination, affiliate performance monitoring, and team coordination.
The Affiliate Specialist Lead will be responsible for ensuring affiliate campaigns run effectively, maintaining relationships with creators, analyzing performance data, and supporting the growth of affiliate marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is communicative, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling affiliate operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee affiliate marketing campaigns based on company SOPs
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with affiliate creators and partners
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize affiliate activities
• Recap, analyze, and report affiliate performance data
• Manage and maintain affiliate databases and operational records
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding campaign execution and updates
• Ensure daily affiliate operations run effectively and efficiently
• Support strategy development to improve affiliate performance and growth
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, or digital marketing
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and reporting
• Able to work independently and lead affiliate operations effectively
• Proactive, responsible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in affiliate marketing, social media, beauty, and consumer products
• Willing to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Bekasi
