About the role
We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team at ei.embeauty. In this internship role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play an important role in supporting affiliate campaigns, creator partnerships, and brand growth across digital platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Execute affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product launches while ensuring affiliators actively participate in brand campaigns
- Recruit, manage, and develop affiliate partners including creators, publishers, and platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to support campaign performance and brand awareness
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently by assessing situations and providing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, digital, and brand teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve affiliate engagement and effectiveness
- Support administrative tasks related to affiliate operations and reporting
What we're looking for
- Maximum 25 years old
- Currently pursuing a university degree Or SMK/SMA
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and digital marketing
- Active user of TikTok and Instagram with understanding of social media trends
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
