Job Description:
- Provide coaching on product knowledge, communication, and sales skills
- Monitor and drive affiliate performance to achieve sales targets
- Activate and engage affiliates to stay productive and consistent
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable improvement plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support the growth and scaling of affiliate sales performance
- Conduct training sessions for affiliates / resellers on effective selling techniques
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Store Operations, Sales Training, or Sales Activation roles.
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Associate, Area Supervisor, Senior Beauty Advisor, Retail Trainer, or similar position.
- Strong background in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or FMCG industries (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Sociolla, beauty brands, etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and driving sales targets through team coaching and performance management.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and retail operations.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proactive, target-oriented, and able to motivate others to achieve results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience working with affiliate, reseller, direct selling, MLM, community sales, or sales activation programs will be a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for reporting and performance tracking.
- Willing to travel when required for training, coaching, or activation activities.
