Qualification:
- MUST HAVE min. 2 years as Affiliate Marketing / Affiliate Strategist Lead
- Experience min 2 years Leading Company affiliate ecosystem end-to-end, covering strategy, execution and performance optimization with strong focus on sustainable growth.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies
- Experience with affiliate marketing platform, networking and tracking tools
- Experience integrate affiliate and KOL initiative to expand reach, improve conversion, and drive measurable sales impact
- Can build and lead a 100-member affiliate community with a focus on engagement, retention, and long-term collaboration. Design scalable affiliate programs to identify, activate, and grow high-potential partners, including initiating and executing Company first Affiliate Gathering to strengthen loyalty and ecosystem maturity
