BUZZLIVE IS HIRING AFFILIATE MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibility:
- Conduct creator/affiliator listing and identify potential creators on TikTok Shop and Shopee based on brand and campaign needs.
- Reach out to potential creators/affiliators to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Handle dealing and negotiation with creators/affiliators, including commission rates, collaboration terms, and deliverables.
- Build, maintain, and expand a database of active creators/affiliators based on brand and campaign needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators/affiliators to support long-term collaborations.
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns, including creator outreach, product seeding, briefing, negotiation, and campaign execution.
- Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, including content output, conversion, and GMV.
- Identify opportunities to optimize affiliate performance and achieve campaign targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, or related fields preferred.
- Must have an existing database or network of creators/affiliators on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee.
- Experienced in creator listing, outreach, dealing, and negotiation.
- Familiar with TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, and affiliate campaign performance metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
Location: Yogyakarta (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09.00–17.00 WIB
