Job description for Affiliate Manager at PT. Mega Perintis Tbk.

Job Description

Build & execute affiliate roadmaps tailored to fit 5 different brands and their target markets.
Lead & coach Affiliate Specialists to recruit, onboard & retain high-performing creators (Affiliators).
Manage product samples, negotiate commission rates, & secure deals with mega-creators .
Track daily affiliate revenue to hit GMV goals while maintaining a healthy cost-to-revenue ratio across all brands.

Requirements

3+ years in Affiliate Marketing or MCN Management, with 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Familiar with affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing principles
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance data
