Job Descriptions
- Mengembangkan, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan program afiliasi perusahaan.
- Mencari dan merekrut afiliasi baru yang potensial (blogger, influencer, content creator).
- Membangun hubungan yang kuat dan berkelanjutan dengan mitra afiliasi.
- Memonitor performa afiliasi (CTR, conversion rate, revenue, dll) dan menyusun laporan performa rutin.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing untuk menyusun strategi promosi dan kampanye afiliasi.
- Mengelola sistem tracking afiliasi dan memastikan akurasi data.
- Menyusun dan menegosiasikan struktur komisi dan kontrak afiliasi.
- Melakukan riset kompetitor dan tren industri untuk meningkatkan daya saing program afiliasi.
Job Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Bisnis, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di posisi serupa atau di bidang digital marketing.
- Memahami tools afiliasi seperti Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, Refersion, atau platform sejenis.
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang strategi digital marketing, terutama affiliate dan influencer marketing.
- Mampu menganalisis data performa dan mengambil keputusan berdasarkan data.
- Komunikatif, proaktif, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
Kualifikasi Tambahan (nilai plus):
- Pengalaman bekerja di e-commerce, fintech, atau startup digital.
- Memiliki jaringan mitra afiliasi yang luas.
- Fasih berbahasa Inggris, lisan dan tulisan.
