Job Description
- Scout and recruit new high-quality affiliates daily, with barter collaboration as a priority.
- Schedule product deliveries to affiliates.
- Record and update registered affiliates along with their adjusted commission schemes.
- Respond to affiliate inquiries via WhatsApp and TikTok.
- Ensure affiliates follow the agreed schedule and monitor their performance.
- Manage affiliates for special programs to boost products or campaigns.
- Support operational processes TikTok Live on special events (PayDay, Double Date, etc.).
Requirements
- Min 6th semester or undergraduate students with few classes, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relation or a related field
- Proficient in Google Docs and Google Slides.
- Familiar with Google Sheets (for tracking and data analysis).
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Creative, initiative-driven, and up-to-date with digital trends.
- Able to work in a team and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership of content and timelines.
- Communicative and fast response.
- Available for 6 months internship period
