Job description for Affiliate Internship (PAID) at PT DEXTER INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to increase traffic, sales, and brand awareness on Shopee.
2. Help build and maintain good relationships with creators on a daily basis.
3. Support the sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding process of new affiliates.
4. Assist in monitoring affiliate and campaign performance.
5. Collect and organize affiliate performance data for reporting purposes.
6. Help monitor market trends and competitor activities across e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
1. Active university student or fresh graduate from any major.
2. Interested in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
3. Active user of Shopee, Tiktok, Instagram, or other social media platforms.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
6. Familiarity with social media trends and content creators is a plus.
7. Must have experience joining Youth Ambassador programs/competitions or actively creating content on Instagram/TikTok.
8. Willing to be placed in Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta (Full WFO, Monday - Friday).
