Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
Maintain 50 Targeted Creators
● Reach out to and verify personal, social media, and banking details for the 50 designated food/culinary creators prior to campaign onboarding and payout processing.
● Maintain and continuously update the master database for these 50 targeted creators, tracking their content deliverables, performance logs, and payment status.
● Monitor the active participation and deliverable completion of the 50 creators to ensure alignment with Client's campaign targets.
Maintain Payment Operations
● Collect, review, and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting finance documents for creator payouts.
● Coordinate and follow up on the Special Payment Form (SPF) workflow with the Client's Finance team to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
Comms to Creators
● Proactively send regular payout status updates and timeline notifications to the 50 creators.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for creator inquiries, addressing payment issues and briefing clarifications promptly.
● Foster positive, professional relationships with Client's culinary creator community through clear and responsive communication.
