Job description for Affiliate E-Commerce Specialist at RATU PERTIWI GROUP

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1– tahun sebagai Affiliate Specialist, E-Commerce Specialist, Marketplace Specialist, Digital Marketing, atau posisi yang relevan.

• Memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan retail, fashion, accessories, beauty, atau industri sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.

• Memahami secara mendalam Affiliate Marketing dan E-Commerce, khususnya pada platform seperti TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, dan marketplace lainnya.

• Berpengalaman dalam mencari, merekrut, mengembangkan, dan menjaga hubungan dengan affiliate/creator/KOL.

• Mampu membuat dan menjalankan strategi affiliate untuk meningkatkan traffic, conversion, GMV, dan revenue.

• Mampu mengelola program/campaign affiliate, termasuk commission rate, voucher, promo, incentive, dan reward program.

• Mampu melakukan monitoring dan analisis performa affiliate berdasarkan GMV, sales, order, conversion rate, traffic, commission, dan ROI.

• Memahami trend social media, content marketing, live shopping, dan perkembangan e-commerce.

• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan KPI, khususnya sales/GMV.

• Proaktif, kreatif, result-oriented, memiliki inisiatif tinggi, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.

• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim serta mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim Marketing, E-Commerce, Content, dan Sales.
