Job description for Affiliate BD Operations Lead at Lunaverse （Indonesia ）
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Network Expansion: Source, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with local Indonesian beauty and lifestyle KOLs/KOCs on TikTok and Instagram.
Sample & ROI Management: Establish a systematic process for sample distribution, ensuring high video-return rates and tracking exact ROI/GMV for every affiliate partner.
Campaign Planning: Pitch and coordinate mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Ramadan) with top-tier local creators for exclusive live streaming and video content.
MCN & Agency Relations: Manage relationships with top local Indonesian MCNs and live-streaming agencies to secure stable, scaled affiliate revenue.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in KOL/Affiliate marketing within the Indonesian e-commerce market (Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG background highly preferred).
Possess a rich, ready-to-use personal database of local Indonesian creators and MCN contacts.
Result-oriented with strong negotiation and data analysis skills to maximize affiliate ROI.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is an advantage).
