Affiliate & TikTok Shop Operations

Employment Type: Temporary / Contract

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Placement: South Tangerang City

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate & TikTok Shop Operations to support our daily TikTok Shop and Affiliate activities.

This position will be responsible for managing basic TikTok Shop operations, product and sales data, sample coordination, and assisting with TikTok Affiliate Creator activities.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in E-commerce, TikTok Shop, Digital Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including product uploads, updates, pricing, and campaigns.

Monitor orders, product samples, and store activities.

Export and maintain operational and sales data.

Submit and monitor product sample requests through DingTalk.

Follow up with the Warehouse regarding overdue orders and samples.

Find, contact, and follow up with TikTok Affiliate Creators.

Build and maintain good relationships with Affiliate Creators.

Monitor affiliate content, orders, and sales performance.

Maintain accurate product, creator, pricing, and affiliate databases.

Support promotional activities to increase TikTok Shop and Affiliate sales.

Perform other operational tasks related to TikTok Shop and Affiliate activities as required.

Contract Information

This is a temporary position for 3 months, intended to support the company's operational needs during a temporary staff replacement and/or internship period.

Duration: 3 Months

Suitable for temporary staff, fresh graduates, or internship students who are looking to gain practical experience in E-commerce, TikTok Shop Operations, and Affiliate Marketing.
