Job description for Affiliate & KOL Staff at Antarestar
We are looking for an Affiliate & KOL Specialist to help grow our sales through creator, KOL, and affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for finding the right creators, building relationships, managing collaborations, and driving measurable sales results.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach potential KOLs, creators, and affiliates across TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners.
- Manage the end-to-end collaboration process, from outreach, negotiation, briefing, follow-up, content execution, to performance tracking.
- Monitor affiliate/KOL performance and identify opportunities to improve GMV/GMT and conversion.
- Develop strategies to activate and retain high-performing creators.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Commercial, and Content to execute campaigns.
- Maintain creator/affiliate databases and regularly report campaign performance.
- Continuously learn and adapt to changes in social commerce, creator trends, and affiliate marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Management, Creator Partnership or related roles.
- Experience working with Affiliate / Social Commerce is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially through chat and online communication.
- Comfortable approaching, negotiating, and following up with creators.
- Target and result-oriented, with a strong commercial mindset.
- Ideally has a proven track record of generating GMV/GMT of around IDR 30–50M+ per month through affiliate/KOL activities.
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple creators/campaigns simultaneously.
- Willing to learn, adaptable, proactive, and hands-on.
- Good understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok, is a plus.
