Persyaratan:

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan komunikasi, public relation, marketing atau sejenis

- Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam KOL Marketing (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

- Kreatif, aktif, mudah beradaptasi dan bertanggung jawab

- Terbiasa bekerja sama, cepat, dan deadline

- Mampu berkomunikasi secara lisan maupun tulisan dengan baik

- Up to date terhadap informasi terbaru yang sedang viral

- Memiliki jiwa leadership yang baik

- Bersedia untuk bekerja di Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat

Job Description :

- Melakukan Marketing KOL (influencer) dalam rangka Meningkatkan Brand Awareness perusahaan

- Melakukan Pencarian KOL sesuai dengan target market

- Melakukan Dealing dengan KOL (melakukan riset ratecard, negosiasi, proses kontrak dengan KOL)

- Review dan membuat konten brief untuk KOL

- Melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring kerjasama dengan KOL

- Membuat Laporan atas kerjasama dengan KOL

- Menciptakan kolaborasi yang baik antara Perusahaan dengan KOL

- Memanage dan bekerjasama dengan Team KOL dalam pemenuhan target perusahaan

- Bekerjasama dengan tim Marketing untuk menjalankan campaign besar dalam mencapai target
